"Damage was done to my home with the most current wind storm in Webb City. First time having to file a home owners insurance claim. I am so please to state that both Kyle Hickam and his team at State Farm went over and beyond in assisting with steps to take in filing my claim. Or to just simply checking in on me to see how I was doing. This team went over and beyond to any customer service I have ever experienced in my 60 plus years of doing business with other companies.
My claims were reviewed and funds provided in my account most of the time in less than a 12 hour period. Every step was thoroughly explained to me in a fashion that there was no second guessing as to the next steps. At no time, was I made to feel like I was not being honest to situations or bids for the different repairs required to put my home back to great condition. Each claim representative I spoke with were very friendly and showed great concern to what I was going through as a homeowner.
I would highly recommend Mr. Kyle Hickam and his State Farm team to anyone looking for honest and hassle free insurance. I also have my automobile with State Farm and feel very confident that I have a "good neighbor". Like a good neighbor State Farm IS there..."
